Here's where you can come and get a refresher course on some basic HOW TO's needed to participate at ConnLINKS.  In order to keep the Tour running smoothly for all of us, we do need your help in complying with our requests.  Most of these instructions were written for 2k or 2k1, but they should give you an idea of what needs to be done with 2k3.  We'll be re-writing these instructions as soon as we find some free time.
